If you would like to purchase a parcel, please provide us with the name(s) and mailing address to be put on the Deed.
We will prepare the Special Warranty Deed and send it to the Osceola County Clerk of Court for recording.
There is a $25 administrative fee to prepare the deed and send it to the Clerk's office. There is also a recording fee of $10 and a State Documentary Stamp Tax of 70¢ per $100 of purchase price.
These fees are required by the Clerk when the deed is recorded in Public Records. The original recorded deed will then be sent directly to the buyer by the Clerk’s office. Payment for the purchase price can be by cashiers check, wire transfer or credit cards. If you purchase a parcel with a credit card, you can pay over time as you choose.
