Suburban Estates Recreational Parcels

Instructions for highlighting all of our properties for sale on the Osceola County Property Appraiser's web site:


  1. Click here to go to the Osceola County Property Appraiser's Website.
  2. Click the Map Search tab (in the top center.)
  3. At the top right of page, click the "Address" dropdown, then click Owner, then type Osceola County Landowners in the box below, click "OSCEOLA COUNTY LANDOWNERS FOR FAIR TAXATION LLC", then click the Search icon.
  4. Open your browser window to full screen to see blue boxes. These blue boxes are all of our lots for sale.
  5. Use the + magnifying glass icon and mouse to zoom in. You MUST zoom in far enough that pins disappear and the parcels are outlined in blue.
  6. Click on blue outlined parcel to see its information and get the parcel number (upper left info box.)

Please note: Different browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) may work slightly different from above instructions.
